前面各級官僚和奸商們合夥割韭菜，已經是歷史了。老百姓大多有了警惕，不那麽容易騙了。但是這個割韭菜獲利的模式，把習近平羨慕壞了：這樣來錢太容易了，正好拿來解決政府的財政困難。不好騙了，沒關系，不是還有無產階級專政嗎？強制割韭菜不用騙，這就是習近平的新版割韭菜。
中共的經濟在習近平的領導下，幾面透風，捉襟見肘。特別是所謂的外向型工業生產，在別人的市場上賺快錢，是無根之木，無本之源。不但命運掌握在別人手裏，而且損害了別人的經濟運作，是不可持續的經濟模式。
包括我在內的很多人，早就提醒中共這是不可持續的經濟模式，但是都叫不醒裝睡的人。因為這種模式就像中了毒癮一樣，自己不願意戒毒，別人也沒辦法強迫他。只好走到別人說他沒有國內市場，產能過剩危害太大，要采取措施封堵傾銷了，這才不得不想辦法救急。
有什麽辦法呢？基建狂魔搞不下去了，就把錢撒到一帶一路。窮棒子國們沒錢怎麽辦？就搞個亞投行繼續撒錢。俄羅斯打仗，倒是靠坑哥們賺了一筆，但賺的也不多。現在那麽多地產電器行業，眼見著就要虧本停工破產了。這就是經濟崩潰，不是危機。別說老百姓了，官商結合的上層集團也不會放過他。怎麽辦？
小習的聰明大腦或者是狗頭軍師們想出了一個好辦法。不是沒了外國的市場嗎？可以開辟國內市場。十四億人每人幾千塊錢，不就解決了大問題嗎？靠愛國主義套不出錢來，就上手段強制掏錢。專政工具不用白不用，用了也白用。掏窮人的口袋幫富人解決問題，這就是改進版的割韭菜。
中央帶頭割韭菜了。按照中共多年來的習慣，地方必須在中央的基礎上加碼，顯示領會精神之外借機大賺一把，不辜負自家的口袋。中央下令更新房產電器，地方就可以沒收房產，下邊可能還有花樣百出，就像大躍進時大煉鋼鐵一樣。
老百姓果然有那麽多錢可供割韭菜之用嗎？肯定沒有。官商結合割的是一小部分中產階級的韭菜，割完就跑路到國外隱姓埋名了。現在要割的不僅僅是中產們，而是廣大的窮人。狗頭軍師們盯上了銀行裏的多少萬億存款，可那大多不是窮人的存款。大部分可能是貪官汙吏中比較無能的人，沒辦法轉移到國外的存款。
另一部分窮人的存款，是為了保險保命看病的危機存款。中共的社保醫療搞得一塌糊塗，老百姓有病或者遇到緊急事務，就得靠這點兒存款救命了。你這割的不是中產多余的錢，是窮人的救命錢。老百姓還能忍他多久呢？
明朝也有過劫貧濟富的故事。江南各省的知識分子掌握了朝政，為了保護自己的利益，把稅收轉移到貧窮的北方各省。加重稅收的結果就是李自成、張獻忠造反，最終導致明朝的滅亡。主張加重南方稅收的太監魏忠賢，至今還被知識分子們說成是奸臣。抵抗外族侵略的袁崇煥，被老百姓分吃了受刑後割下來的肉。老百姓就不想想是誰割了他們的韭菜，他們的血肉。
習近平很聰明。他知道割了老百姓的韭菜，他們也不敢造反。即使割到了資產階級的頭上，他們也不敢造反。但是這個割韭菜的方法其實是飲鴆止渴。國內消費者變得更窮了，國內市場進一步萎縮。都換成新房、新電器了。下邊生產的房產電器賣給誰？發達國家還會繼續被你忽悠，不要自己的國內經濟來與你們合夥賺大錢快錢，再次賣國，美國老百姓還能允許嗎？

Robbing the Poor and Giving to the Rich, Xi Jinping’s New Version of Robbery

It is history already that bureaucrats at all levels and profiteers collaborated to rob the Chinese people. Most Chinese are alert and less likely to be fooled. But this profit-making model of robbery makes Jinping envious: it is too easy to make money this way, and it can be used to solve the government’s financial difficulties. It’s not easy to deceive the Chinese anymore. It doesn’t matter. Isn’t there still a “proletarian dictatorship”? There is no need to lie about forced robbery. This is Xi Jinping’s new version of robbery now.
Under the leadership of Xi Jinping, the economy by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) is in dire straits and stretched thin. In particular, the so-called export-oriented industrial production, which makes quick money in other people’s markets, is a tree without roots and water without its source. Not only is the destiny in the hands of others, but it also damages other people’s economic operations, which is an unsustainable economic model.
Many people, including myself, have long warned the CCP that this is an unsustainable economic model but we cannot wake up those who are pretending to be asleep. That is because this model is like being addicted to drugs. If Xi doesn’t want to quit drugs, others can’t force him. He would not want to find a way for rescue until others said that there is no domestic market in China and overcapacity of production is too harmful, and foreigners will take measures to block dumping.
What else can Xi Jinping do? The infrastructure maniacs can no longer continued, so the CCP government spread the money to the Belt and Road Initiative. What to do as the poor countries have no money? Just set up an Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank and continue to spread money. During the war in Russia, the CCP made a fortune by tricking their buddies, but not much. Nowadays, many real estate and electrical appliance industries are about to stop operations and go bankrupt at a loss. This is an economic collapse, not just a crisis. Not to mention the common Chinese, even the upper-level government and business groups will not forgive him either. What to do?
Xi’s smart brain or his dog-headed advisors came up with a good idea. So there isn’t a foreign market anymore? The domestic market can be opened up. The big problem would be solved when a few thousand dollars are squeezed out of each person of the 1.4 billion Chinese. If one can’t get money out of patriotism excuse, one would resort to coercive means. The tools of dictatorship are in vain if they are not used. Taking the money out of the pockets of the poor to help the rich to solve their problems is an improved version of robbery.
The CCP central government took the lead in robbery. According to the CCP’s habit over the years, local governments must increase their efforts on the basis of the central government, show understanding and take the opportunity to make a lot of money. If the central government orders the renewing of electrical appliances in real estate, the local government can even confiscate the real estate, and there may even be more various tricks, just like the steel smelting effort during the Great Leap Forward (in the 1950’s).
Do ordinary Chinese really have that much money to be robbed? Definitely not. The government-business alliance already harvested the wealth of a portion of the middle class. After the harvesting, they fled abroad and became anonymous. Now it’s not just the middle class that will be robbed, but the vast majority of the poor Chinese. The dog-headed strategists are eyeing the trillions of deposits in the banks, but most of them are not the deposits of the poor. Most of them may be from relatively incompetent corrupt officials who cannot transfer their deposits abroad.
Another part of the savings are the deposits of the poor to deal with their crisis as insurance for life-saving efforts and medical treatment. The Chinese Communist Party’s social security and medical care are in a mess. When people are sick or encounter emergencies, they have to rely on their own savings to save their lives. What the CCP are robbing is not the extra money of the middle class, but the life-saving money of the poor. How long can the people tolerate this?
There were also stories of robbing the poor and giving to the rich during the Ming Dynasty. Intellectuals from the southern Chinese provinces took control of the government. In order to protect their own interests, they transferred taxes to the poor northern provinces. The result of increasing taxes was the rebellion of Li Zicheng and Zhang Xianzhong, which eventually led to the demise of the Ming Dynasty. Wei Zhongxian, the eunuch who advocated increasing taxes in the south instead, is still regarded as a traitor by intellectuals. Yuan Chonghuan, who resisted foreign invasion, was tortured to death with his flesh cut off to be shared by the common people. The common people seemed to not want to think about who really robbed them, even cutting and eating their flesh and blood.
Xi Jinping is very smart. He knew that even if he robs the common people, they would not dare to rebel. Even if he robs the bourgeoisie class, they would not dare to rebel. But this method of robbery is actually to drink poison to quench thirst. Domestic consumers would become poorer and the domestic market would shrink further in China. After new houses and new appliances are replaced, who will buy the real estate and appliances produced later? Will developed countries continue to be deceived and give up their own domestic economies to partner with you CCP to make big and quick money? Will the American people allow a traitor of their country again?
